Why The Raise Lab exists
The Raise Lab gives founders a stronger platform to raise on. Built by founders who have recently raised, alongside investors actively writing checks today, it turns fundraising into strategy, timing, story and relationships, not just a pitch.

The 3 The Raise Lab Components
Strategy
Timing your raise, defining the milestones investors want to see, and building the investor pipeline before you need it.
Investor Psychology
Understanding how investors think and decide, so founders can read the room and negotiate intentionally.
Materials
The deck, the financial model, and the one-pager: the materials that carry a raise from first meeting to term sheet.

THE RAISE LAB
How it Works
Practitioner-led sessions across Strategy, Investor Psychology, and Materials, bringing lived fundraising experience into the room.

Community Pods
Small peer groups introduced at the start of the day, so every founder knows who else is in the room, and leaves with connections that carry on beyond the Lab.

Founder <> Friend Connecting
Structured, timed introductions between founders and the investors, advisors, and Friends who can move a raise forward.

Expert Sessions
Practitioner-led sessions across Strategy, Investor Psychology, and Materials, bringing lived fundraising experience into the room.

The Next Cohort
Each cohort is updated to include content that's relevant to active founders in our community.

The Raise Lab 3.0 (November 2026)
Designed for founders navigating the shift from builder to leader. The Leadership Lab will explore founder identity, team dynamics, and what it takes to lead at scale, with honesty about the personal and professional challenges that come with growth.
THE RAISE LAB

Each cohort is updated to include content that's relevant to active founders in our community.

The Raise Lab 1.0 (November 2025)
Our pilot cohort brought together 40 founders over 2 weeks of intensive virtual and IRL sessions. Founders pitched, refined their models and decks in real-time, and built relationships that extended beyond the programme.
